Repair services

For all our products we provide up to 24-month warranty, based on our warranty terms and conditions.

Please send devices that need to be repaired under warranty to the following address with sufficient postage: GIESEMANN GmbH, Bürdestr. 14, 41334 Nettetal. Not prepaid postage will explicitly not be accepted or the freight costs will be billed to the sender. Our warranty terms and conditions need to be respected.

Please first contact our service department, in order to discuss in advance with our specialists for example the mode of shipment or the option to exchange components of the defective product.


For all returns to GIESEMANN, the fully completed and signed return form and a comprehensive failure description as well as all necessary supporting documents need to be included in the package. Otherwise we cannot process the returned goods in our facility.
